Return Policy



JHO Enterprises Inc and its subsidiaries or affiliates (the company) require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to accepting any shipments for return.  Please contact us in order to obtain those instructions. 

If authorized for return, any related transaction must include at minimum a reference listing the authorized return number.  We make every effort to properly ship all merchandise and require the same of an authorized return shipment.  Any damage that has occurred will be at the shipper’s expense. 

Within five business days or reasonable time from the receipt of merchandise JHO Enterprises Inc will make full effort to inspect and evaluate those items submitted for credit with credited amounts posted to your account. 

We reserve the right to assess a restocking charge up to 20% of the invoiced amount.  Reject and refuse credit for opened, dated or used items. 

The company will under no circumstance authorize a return for special order items or any modified, opened, damaged or customer specific items. 

Our company’s authorization for return in no way implies fault and is in no way admission of any wrongdoing.  Not withstanding the Conditions, dated April 20th, 2001, we do not warrant any goods, including merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose beyond the warranty of the manufacturer of such goods.  No other warranties or conditions are made.
